Fresh Air Nordic Walking provides Nordic Walking instruction and sessions in and around North West Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Northants borders. They offer free tasters, structured six-week introductions, corporate team-building, and social walks. Nordic walking involves walking with poles to engage the upper body and offers a full-body workout. Michelle Chalkley, the owner, is an INWA qualified British Nordic Walking Instructor. Regular group sessions are held on Wednesday and Friday mornings, with a 'sunrise' walk on Monday mornings. Private lessons and workshops are available by appointment.
