Frank Franklin & Sons was founded in 1918 originally as a press tool manufacturing firm. As the years past by, they started producing jigs and fixtures. They specialize in press tools, jigs and fixtures, moulds for rubber, refractory and plastic Ind, milling, turning, spark erosion, and fixtures for the Electron Beam Welding Industry. In 1950 Frank Franklin retired, and left the firm to his four sons. In 1967 Ken Franklin was made a partner, and introduced mould making. In 1984, the Ltd Company was formed, with Alan Driscoll appointed Works Manager.
