FOUNDERS PLACE LLP

Founders Place is a mixed-use neighbourhood in Newcastle’s Stephenson Quarter, located on the south side of the city's central railway station. It's a joint venture between Newcastle City Council, igloo Regeneration and Thriving Investments. The site includes the Pattern Shop building and One Founders Place, a 100,000 sq. ft. office building. The project also includes the Rail Yards (60,000 sq ft of intermediate workspace) and approximately 80 new homes. Founders Place will be a thriving hub for pioneers, offering a blend of space to work, live and relax, while honoring the city's industrial heritage.
