FOUNDATION FOR DEVELOPING COMPASSION AND WISDOM

The Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom (FDCW) is an international education project specializing in developing secular programs and resources based on universal human values. FDCW provides courses, both online and in person, exploring ethical values and mindful choices. Our resources and programmes are available to help anyone irrespective of their background, culture or faith. Based on Buddhist philosophy and psychology, FDCW programmes offer the opportunity for people to connect on a human level with benefits such as: Cultivating positive qualities which act as your inner resources; Feeling confident and equipped to make positive, ethical choices; Learning how to calm and focus your mind; Improving your ability to cultivate positive relationships. FDCW was established as a global charity based in London in 2005 and provides secular training, programmes and resources across many sectors of society – schools, universities, hospices, workplaces, healthcare, youth groups and community centres. The charity's goal is to provide resources, training, and a supportive infrastructure that helps people develop their capacity for compassion and wisdom.
