Film Factory School is excited to announce the launch of its first online course for anyone who wants to get into the Television & Film Industry as either a Location Assistant or Production Runner. The course covers everything you need to know to become a Location Assistant / Production Runner, what your day to day role is, what all the other main departments do in a major TV Drama or Feature Film along with lessons on location with experts in their field of work e.g. Special Effects, Camera, Grip & Lighting Departments, all different vehicles used, weapons and so on. The School will be launching more courses in 2025 in the Location Department followed by courses in the Assistant Directors, Camera and Art Departments.
