Estates & Agency Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, E&A Property Investment Company Limited and E&A West End Properties Limited are the main property companies within the Group and are the holders of the Group’s prime central London properties including freeholds in Piccadilly, Westminster, Fitzrovia, Camden and in Barking, East London. The Group’s consistent policy since the 1980s has been to own quality properties in prime locations. The ground floor and basement were retained and refurbished and became home to the renowned restaurant The Cinnamon Club.
