The Estates & Agency Group has a core holding of prime London commercial properties. Estates & Agency Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries, E&A Property Investment Company Limited and E&A West End Properties Limited are the main property companies within the Group and are the holders of the Group’s prime central London properties including freeholds in Piccadilly, Westminster, Fitzrovia, Camden and in Barking, East London. The Group’s consistent policy since the 1980s has been to own quality properties in prime locations. No property in the portfolio is regarded as a passive investment. Rather, it is the Group’s ambition to continually improve the portfolio by active management, including refurbishment, and redevelopment. The Estates & Agency Group aims to have a stable and safe core of premium property assets which are actively managed in-house.
