EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOUNDATION

Education and Training Foundation (ETF) is the workforce development body for the Further Education and Skills sector. Our vision is for all education and training to be of the highest quality and result in the greatest impact for learners, employers, communities and the economy. We are doing this by enhancing professionalism, getting behind staff in colleges and training providers, and supporting them to achieve their own objectives. The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) was founded in 2013 by the Association of Colleges, Association of Employment and Learning Providers and Holex, with a purpose to oversee development of the workforce. The ETF support teachers and leaders across the Further Education and Training sector to help them achieve their professional development goals for the benefits of both learners and employers across England.
