Education Advocacy is a specialist legal consultancy, which provides legal support and guidance to parents of children with special educational needs. They work with the parents of children and young people with special education needs (SEN), from 0 to 25, to obtain an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP). They are approachable, knowledgeable, respectful and get results in a timely manner. Their ethos is to place the needs of the child firmly at the centre of their work. They strongly believe if the needs of the child are appropriately met all parties benefit and, most importantly, your child takes a step towards reaching their true potential. The team has in excess of 57 years’ experience of the SEN System. They offer a range of services including admissions, bullying, disability discrimination, children out of education, parents at risk of prosecution and EHCP Plans.
