DIVERSIFY EDUCATION AND COMMUNITIES C.I.C.

Diversify Education and Communities CIC is a community organization that promotes diversity and inclusion within education and the community. Diversify was born from the vision of CEO Shanine Fasasi, who transformed personal adversity into a movement that unites the Nottingham community. The organization runs projects like Dads & Lads and Faith Housing Services. They also host events at their home, Beechdale Community Centre. The centre is a hub for connection, learning, and support, also hosting Nottingham College classes and The Teapot Café. Dads & Lads aims to improve the mental health and well-being of fathers and boys. Faith Housing Project provides housing solutions for homeless men aged 18 and older. The organization welcomes volunteers and offers work experience opportunities. They are recognized in the WISE100 UK's Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise List 2025.
