Diverse Fitness & Wellbeing is an inclusive small group fitness class open to young people with disabilities in the North East of England. Founded by Nicholas Kane, Diverse seeks to break down the physical and social barriers that many children with learning disabilities face through the empowerment of "FUN-ctional" fitness. We make personal training in Torquay accessible for all, with our broad range of fitness memberships. Choose group fitness or our 1:1 PTs.Diverse Fitness is spread over two floors offering all access gym on the bottom floor with free weights area, cardio and functional zone. Upstairs is all about group exercise classes with two studios and over twenty classes a week.
