We are ethical bee keepers based in Walthamstow, London. Our mission is to reverse the decline of the honeybee. Local Honey Man is Londons biggest bee farmer with over 250 hives across London and Essex. Our bees produce amazing 100% raw, unpasteurised honey. Straight from the beehive straight to the jar with nothing added and nothing taken away. Just how nature intended it to be. Curtis, The Local Honey Man, realised his love for beekeeping the moment he was introduced to life in the hive. Once his hands braced the honeycomb for the first time, he was hooked. After learning the secrets of bee farming from his uncle, a master beekeeper, his passion for saving the honeybee became a reality.
