Development Solutions was formed in 2011 to offer a wider range of clients the skills, knowledge and expertise that founder, Philip Harcourt MRICS FNZIV FPINZ, gained over more than 30 years in the development sector worldwide. Development Solutions is focussed on finding the right solution to its clients’ needs and draws on the extensive experience of its team of consultants. Our key aim is to work with our clients to deliver successful and profitable mixed-use developments and regeneration projects, both within the UK and across global markets. Development Solutions provides advice on regeneration and property development, in particular helping the understanding of the development journey and how it feeds into the property life cycle; provides vision and strategy; puts the mix into mixed use; enhances development values; and guides a project through the delivery phase to ultimate completion. Development Solutions utilises an extensive network of contacts and associates built up over many years in the senior levels of the industry to be able to ensure that the most appropriate, qualified and experienced consultant is made available to the client.
