Dao Lu CIC (Community Interest Company) is a local group of people passionate about Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese martial art, and its great health benefits. They promote Tai Chi training to local communities and beyond for a healthier and calmer mind, body and lifestyle. Dao Lu was established in April 2013 and registered at Companies House and the C.I.C. Regulator in October 2013. They are also a registered member of British Council for Chinese Martial Arts, the national governing body for Chinese martial arts under Sport England. They target hard-to-reach community groups and work with local authorities and other organizations. Dao Lu also runs various classes and projects, including virtual and physical classes, and has been commissioned to deliver sessions in Kew Gardens. They offer classes for beginners and practitioners of Chen-style and Yang-style tai chi (taiji) and Qigong in Waltham Forest and other locations. The company aims to train and promote Tai chi and other activities to the whole community for a healthier and calmer mind, body, and lifestyle.
