Damian Grainer Consultancy Ltd offers leadership and life coaching, psychotherapeutic counselling, training, and group work both online and in person. Damian has over 20 years of experience working with individuals and organizations. He supports clients in overcoming limitations, developing skills, and achieving their goals. He also helps clients manage transitions, and provides transpersonal counselling and retreats. His core working philosophy is Psychosynthesis but he has also integrated Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems and somatic approaches into his work. He works with a diverse range of adult clients (individual, couples and groups), long and short term, including clients suffering trauma; bereavement; anxiety; recovery from addiction; abuse; depression; relationship difficulties; existential issues; and life transitions. He is a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor with 23 years in private practice.
