CYBER CHAMPIONS

Cyber Champions is a not-for-profit organisation promoting awareness of best practices in digital and cyber skills to schools and community groups across the UK with local partners. Since its launch in June 2011 at the Houses of Parliament, thousands of pupils, parents and senior citizens have benefited from participating in the Cyber Champions' initiative. The Cyber Champions programme mobilises young professionals and experienced personnel to volunteer as business and cyber role models, and to raise awareness about best practices in online behaviours and the importance of having a positive digital footprint. The organisation aims to make a difference to local communities and future generations by raising awareness of best practices in digital literacy and cyber safety, promote positive business and cyber role models, deliver engaging and relevant digital literacy workshops, encourage generational giveback, help students develop digital skills, and promote an awareness cyber security and as an interest and potential career pathway. Cyber Champions is a finalist in the National Cyber Awards 2024!
