Country Butchers has provided the Harrogate area with fresh meat for over 50 Years! They offer Beef, Pork, Poultry, Biltong and more. They also source beef, lamb and pork locally from within a 30 mile radius of Harrogate. Chicken, duck, geese and turkeys are locally sourced from Nidderdale and Wetherby. They also offer game meats such as venison, pheasant, grouse, partridge, rabbit, hare, pigeon, guinea fowl, quail which are all shot on local shoots and prepared so they are oven-ready when purchased. They produce their own biltong, boerewors and droewors using authentic recipies. These are air-dried and spiced meats which are tasty South African snacks.
