Consarc is a niche architecture and client advisory practice. We design award winning buildings, act as client advisors on landmark projects and deliver exceptional places to work. Over the past 10 years, Consarc have become specialised in providing client-side consultancy to public and private sector corporate occupiers on new headquarters and workplace environments, the results of which have led to several award-winning built projects. As fully accredited RIBA Client Advisers and Architects, we provide independent, impartial technical advice, as integral parts of core in-house client teams, bridging the gap between client, design and delivery teams. We add value across the work stages through effective communication, strong design thinking and detailed technical knowledge, championing the client's vision and enabling their strategic goals from brief writing to hand-over. We have been building strong relationships as trusted independent advisor, for clients such as Northamptonshire County Council, Crawley Borough, Westminster City Council and London Borough Councils such as Haringey, Lambeth and Brent amongst others and delivered mould-breaking innovative civic buildings. We have learned along the way, how to work closely with clients’ organisations from the inside, consulting with stakeholders, feeding into business cases and formulate project solutions our clients require from the process. Our briefs have been the basis for designs by renowned architects such as BDP, Hopkins, Hawkins Brown and our sister-practice, Cartwright Pickard. We continue to be a RIBA registered practice, are accredited with an integrated management system ISO 9001 since 1996 and continuously invest in our staff, our tools and in our professional development.
