Community Connect C.I.C. is a high quality and innovative day service providing a person-centred approach working towards community inclusion for adults and young people with a mild to moderate learning disability. The company offers a wide range of activities to improve well-being and social skills, increase community inclusion and involvement, such as Community Allotment, Community Sensory Garden, Cooking and Baking, Arts & Crafts, Bowling, Swimming, Cycling, Snooker, Leisure Outings & Walk, Music and Karaoke, Beauty and Relaxation, and Learning Life Skills in the Community. The company aims to improve self-esteem, confidence, independence, well-being, enhance the quality of life, build relationships in the community, and combat social isolation and loneliness.
