These facilities are accredited to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2012, and compliant with MDD93/42 EEC, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulatory demands. The company utilizes a computerized tracking system and in-house managed transport services. They have migrated over 40 hospitals to outsourced services, offering dedicated teams and a focus on patient safety and customer satisfaction. Each facility has the capability to individually mark instruments. Customer Service is handled by Production and Quality Control Supervisors at each facility along with regular meetings with customers to ensure optimum service delivery.
