ONE CIC provides homeless people with supported housing, bringing a comfortable and safe home together with the assistance and care services that are needed. They work with local councils, housing associations and support agencies. One CIC currently provides housing & support for 733 vulnerable tenants nationally and provides homes for a further 689 general needs tenants nationally. They provide support at every stage to help people move from homelessness into a safe and empowering environment. Their mission is to support those in their care into finding accommodation that meets their needs, whilst working together to build a future they can be proud of. They offer support to tenants to: Stay in their tenancy, Manage benefits and debt, Develop daily living skills, Signpost to education, training and employment opportunities, Be empowered to make positive decisions and choices, Play an active role in their local One CIC community. ONE CIC currently have supported accommodation in Hartlepool, Durham, Brighton, Nottingham, Mansfield, Bolsover, Worksop, Peterborough, Corby and Kettering.
