CHILDREN'S RESPITE TRUST

The Children's Respite Trust provides respite for disabled children and support for their families. The Trust has converted a victorian former print-works into a respite facility, which is full of fun, colour and care for disabled children. It is a place where families can come together and know that they are not alone. Parents can meet other parents going through similar experiences and siblings can too. The family events we hold at the Centre can take many forms from summer BBQs to coffee mornings. They tend to be held more in the school holidays and will often take on a theme, such as an Easter egg hunt or summer fun day. At the Children’s Respite Trust, we truly believe that no family should be left to care for a disabled child alone and so we provide support throughout East Sussex and into West Sussex, Brighton and Hove, Surrey and Kent.
