Charles Brown ADR Services Ltd specializes in the resolution of commercial disputes through ADR procedures including Arbitration, Adjudication and Mediation. Charles Brown, founder, qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and founded Charles Brown ADR Services Ltd after retiring as a solicitor. Charles has extensive experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure and Utilities industries and has acted for national and international companies and governmental agencies. He has experience of both ad hoc and institutional commercial arbitrations under ICC, CIArb and other international rules and lectures extensively on arbitration. Charles has been appointed as adjudicator in more than 75 referrals and is also a DAB member for infrastructure projects. He is also a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators, a member of IBA (ICP section), TeCSA and SCL.
