Charles Brice Limited is a multi-disciplinary architectural design practice specializing in residential projects. We began in 1994 and look after a variety of projects from the office based in Marylebone. Charles Brice has a keen interest in architectural and interior detailing and the practice concentrates on tailoring its projects to their Clients’ needs. The major sector of our workload is working with Listed Buildings within Central London; we understand the constraints and the potential of these properties and are experienced in guiding our Clients through the numerous permissions and procedures that these buildings require. The Practice has a specialty in period detailing and interior joinery. Styles range from English Country House through to Modernist interiors. The Practice is user friendly and maintains a sharp focus on the Clients’ requirements. Projects can range from small, one-off rooms through to entire house reconfiguration and renovation. Services can range from feasibility studies, planning permissions, listed building applications, etc. through to monitoring on site. No project is too small to be handled and we are happy to assist with areas of repair as well as areas of redesign. The Practice benefits from strong working links with some of the Landed Estates of London and works with them on renovations and upgrading of their residential stock. Confidentiality is a core principle of the Practice and we understand the Client’s need for privacy.
