CARING FOR COMMUNITIES AND PEOPLE

Caring for Communities and People (CCP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing the causes and reducing the effects of homelessness, family breakdown and exclusion. Founded in 1989, CCP provides support and accommodation for vulnerable young people and individuals. CCP operates in Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, South Gloucestershire, Bristol, Wiltshire, Dorset, and Teignbridge, with over 340 staff and volunteers. They provide support to source accommodation for people experiencing homelessness; to provide for those in financial need; and to deliver short term support for individuals to help them develop the skills to become self-reliant and resilient, and live independently. Services include homelessness prevention, family & parenting support, supported accommodation, community wellbeing and community-based support.
