The Care Association Alliance (CAA) aims to be a national umbrella for local (council area) care associations, inform national policy by sharing local trends, and share best practice for people who rely on our services. Our members represent over 7000 care providers across England, representing all sectors of care and many different types of businesses. The South East Social Care Alliance (SESCA) was incorporated as a not-for-profit company in 2024 to support and represent the social care sector across the region. SESCA is the South East arm of the Care Association Alliance (CAA). The Care Association Alliance (CAA) includes 50 local care association members, 9 of which operate in the South East. These associations represent Adult Social Care providers in their areas, including residential and nursing homes, home care, supported living, and in some cases, non-CQC regulated services.
