Established by Charles Wenham in 1987, C W Surfacing remains a family business and is now owned and operated by Luke Wenham. Providing a fresh approach, Luke has grown the business to become one of the largest independently owned asphalt contractors in the South East. The CWS ethos is self-delivery. We use our own fleet of plant and extensive team of highly skilled people. We offer a full range of highway services including surfacing, contracting and civil engineering. As a progressive company CWS constantly delivers work collaboratively, adding value for our clients.
