Colin's aim in setting up the company was to provide a personal, friendly service and advice on all aspects of residential planning and building control at highly affordable prices. Building knowledge & expertise gained over a period of over 30 years working in a professional capacity as Building Inspector, Building Works Manager, Regional Project Manager, and Building Surveyor.
