At a meeting of the Designated Members of the above named LLP, duly convened and held on 25 October 2023 the following determinations were passed: That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony John Wright (IP No.10870) and Alastair Massey (IP No.16890) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.
