Bruce White established his eponymous business in November 1990 and for the last three decades it has been successfully trading in mushrooms and salads. Bruce White Ltd has become one of the premier outlets for mushrooms in the South East of England, importing world-class product from Holland, Belgium, Ireland and Poland. The firm also sells homegrown product from several English mushroom growers. The team supplies all standard cultivated mushrooms – cups, buttons, flats, etc… and an extensive range of exotic and organic mushrooms. The business trades in standard salads imported from Holland during the summer and Spain and Canary Islands in the winter, and also sells premium tomatoes and iceberg lettuce from the English south coast.
