Bruce Farms is a family-run farming business established in 1898. They are long-standing suppliers to major food brands including Birds Eye, Lucozade Ribena Suntory, Albert Bartlett, and Scotty Brand, and to major retailers. They grow peas, broad beans, strawberries, raspberries, potatoes, cereals (spring barley), and blackcurrants. Bruce Farms has invested in technology to ensure 100% traceability from seed to harvest, with around half of Scotland’s annual pea production. Their produce is found in major retailers across the UK. They also maintain a herd of pedigree Charolais cattle. In 2019, they launched the Podberry brand of freeze-dried pea snacks. The company adheres to environmentally responsible practices and holds certifications from Red Tractor Farm Assurance, LEAF Marque, Global Gap, Scottish Quality Cereals (SQC), Quality Meat Scotland (QMS), Nurture (Tesco), Field to Fork (M&S), Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) and SMETA accreditation.
