BROTHERS OF CHARITY SERVICES (SCOTLAND)

Brothers of Charity Services (Scotland) was established in 1955 and provides care and support for adults with a learning disability and significant health needs. They offer services including supported living, campus of care (care home, respite, and complex care services), employability & life skills, and learning, development & innovation. The organization provides support to some 100 individuals in the Scottish Borders. They have several initiatives which include transitions support, group work counselling and even a food waste project. Brothers of Charity as an organization, was founded in Belgium in 1807 by Brother Joseph Triest to provide education and care to disadvantaged and vulnerable people.
