The charity's objects are to educate practitioners in the philosophy, theory and practice of Autogenic Training and Therapy and to maintain the highest standards amongst accredited practitioners for the public benefit. Autogenic Training (AT) is a simple, safe and drug-free technique, which you learn with a trained autogenic therapist and practise for yourself. AT engages mind and body in deep relaxation and repetitive, structured meditative 'exercises'. AT treats the person, not the problem, making it a holistic and empowering skill for life.
