BRITISH ASSOCIATION OF CONSTRUCTION HEADS LIMITED

BACH is a Membership Organisation of Managers and those leading construction training in the UK. It is run by its Members for its Members. Most members are Heads of Construction Training at FE Colleges or Private Training Organisations. BACH Membership is a key that enables and empowers Leaders and Managers of Construction, Building & Engineering services, Civils and Groundworks, Retrofit, Modern Methods of Construction and off-site manufacturing to achieve the very best outcomes for their Learners, Students and those upskilling. For over 40 years, BACH represented those in Further Education, but now it encompasses Members from High Education, Private Training Providers, Employers and Trade Groups. BACH's Members are mainly Heads, Managers and Leaders of the Built Environment workforce training in FE Colleges and Training Providers in the UK. BACH works with awarding bodies, Ofsted, partners, and government departments and cooperates with partners to campaign for realistic funding to train the next generation of young people to succeed in the wider construction industry.
