BASE is the national voice for providers of specialist employment support. They promote the principles and delivery of high quality Supported Employment services. BASE is a national membership charity that promotes the principles and delivery of high quality Supported Employment services. Our members are committed to improving the employment outcomes for disadvantaged and marginalised people through supported employment. BASE works in partnership with employers, policy makers, central and local government, researchers and people with lived experience to build evidence, knowledge about what works and share this expertise.
