Brighter Horizons Brighton is a Brighton and Sussex based specialist DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) team. They work using the latest evidence based therapies for Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD; also known as Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder/EUPD). They offer full programme DBT as well as individualised formats of the therapy and DBT-informed therapy. They work with people who have received a BPD/EUPD diagnosis as well as those who relate to the difficulties associated with the diagnosis. Brighter Horizons 4U is an established organization set up in 2008 offering emotional support to children, families and schools. Brighter Horizons 4U offers a confidential setting where children will have the opportunity to explore how they are feeling through the use of many different tools and strategies.
