Break Free was created as a Community Interest Company in June 2021 by, Lee Butler and Marcus Nicholas. The purpose of Break Free is to support people through addiction recovery such as drugs, alcohol and gambling. We also support clients who are suffering with their mental health (anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, PTSD, trauma, anger management). Clients will follow a recovery programme that is structured around a proven and tested technique called Addictive Voice Awareness, which has been specifically designed by the Break Free Team. The programme includes dedicated mind coaching sessions focusing on the client understanding the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a negative cycle. We support our members to break free from addiction and negative mindset so they live a happy and fulfilled life. The current support provided to clients consists of weekly support groups, wellbeing and mental health support, mind coaching, counselling and family member support. The team are on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to support clients and families through the journey to break free. The Break Free team offer a unique service like no other in the UK. The founders and team members have all walked in the shoes of their clients and can relate to them. Our techniques well enable you to get out of your current addiction and help give you a future to look forward to – not only for yourself, but with your family and friends.
