The Brand Care philosophy is to always provide quality care to all our service users, tailoring our services to meet the individual care and support needs enabling people to live in their own homes. We believe that the needs and individuality of our service users is of utmost importance with a choice of homecare services from a little as 1 hour and beyond based on individual needs. At Brand Care we aim to empower individuals to lead the lifestyle of their choice. To continue a standard of living that they are comfortable with and to provide person centred care packages, that are designed to meet individual needs on a person led basis. Our care and support services are delivered to a wide range of service users which include: Physical disabilities, Learning disabilities, Mental health, Dementia, Sensory Impairment, Brain injuries, Challenging Behaviour, Complex healthcare needs / high dependency needs, Transitional adults (moving from children to adult services), Younger adults aged 18-65 and Older persons (65+).
