Boxington is a uniquely Founder-focused mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory house, operating domestically and internationally from our offices in London. We only advise company Founders and their management teams, and across all their M&A activities. Because we only work for Founders, we are able to provide them with truly independent advice and service. This is because we are wholly unconflicted, never working for or taking fees from the large corporates or Private Equity house sitting on the other side of the negotiating table from us and our clients. Our Founder clients’ companies typically have an enterprise value of 5m to 75m, are a blend of tech-enabled services, software-as-a-service (SaaS) or services companies, and are headquartered in the UK, EMEA or AsiaPac. Boxington is authorised and regulated by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority.
