We are made up of a close nit team, all either landlords or tenants ourselves. We offer a uniquely personal service to both landlords and tenants; letting, managing tenancies and carrying out all the maintenance for our properties in house from our local London office. Our knowledge of all things property, lettings and repairs means we can offer advice unparalleled to other agents. Our in house building team is able to carry out maintenance repairs quickly and efficiently. Where a specialist repair or part is required which we can’t complete using our in house team, we are able to arrange this with preferred external engineers and suppliers, or even our clients preferred tradesperson.
