Blossom Living offers young people aged 16-18 a managed transition to independence. They provide 24-hour, safe, high specification accommodation with mentoring key workers, on-site short courses, training programs, and counseling provision. Blossom Living supports young people who require a high level of support and guidance in preparation for independent living, including vulnerable care leavers, placement breakdowns, low-level offenders, those with mild learning difficulties or challenging behavior, and unaccompanied 16-18-year old seeking asylum. Blossom HCG provides, young people and adults with learning disabilities a home within their community, and facilitate the support they need to live healthy, safe and rewarding lives. Blossom Care And Support provides semi-independent living services for vulnerable young people aged 16-25 who desire to live independently, but require some level of support.
