We began our involvement in the property management business in 1993 and have built up a residential portfolio of apartments in the Swindon area. As leaseholders of apartments ourselves, we know the benefit of having an efficient, professional management company who are committed to keeping services charges reasonable. We pride ourselves on implementing regular, cost-effective maintenance to sites to ensure that sites remain a safe and attractive environment for both leaseholders and tenants. All savings made are passed on to leaseholders as we do not accept commissions, kick-backs or any other form of remuneration from service providers.
