BH Civils was launched in 2006. The idea was to offer an alternative to recruitment agencies when trying to find labour supply for the construction industry. The difference with BH Civils is we have personally worked alongside many of the workers we provide, from various projects throughout the years. Often working as their engineer, we know their skill set. As we don’t have the overheads of a large agency we are able to offer a less expensive alternative. Our experience within the construction industry means that we know what our clients specifically want, rather than someone on the phone in an office that has no site experience. A common problem in the construction recruitment industry. BH Civils provides an alternative to the traditional way of trying to find the labour required for the construction industry. Currently, we supply gatemen, labourers, skilled labourers and groundworkers some of which will have dumper / roller tickets. Rates vary according to skill, experience and location. We also supply site engineers with the robotic kit. All of our workforces are fully insured for public liability and engineers also have professional indemnity cover. Everyone working for BH Civils Ltd is a CSCS cardholder.
