We are a community organisation, committed to delivering amazing projects throughout our local community with a focus on improving wellbeing through movement and social connection. We have various programmes delivered every week to different groups and postcodes…there’s something for everyone! What started as a simple running club has evolved into a movement committed to making wellbeing accessible, inclusive, and fun for everyone. We are in the process of becoming a Community Interest Company (CIC), which will allow us to expand our impact even further. Through this transition, we’re committed to reinvesting in the community by offering free and low-cost wellness programs, supporting marginalised groups, and creating opportunities for local businesses to engage with and support our initiatives.
