We provide psychological therapy and counselling to children, young people and adults. Our therapists offer psychological support for a range of difficulties including stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, anger, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and trauma. Support is also offered for neurodevelopmental disorders including Tourette Syndrome (TS) and vocal and motor tics. In addition, the service offers diagnostic assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule - 2 (ADOS-2). The main therapeutic approaches offered are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), including trauma focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness based approaches, systemic and psychodynamic approaches, Behavioural approaches, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). We are centrally located in Belfast, just off Malone Road, on Wellington Park in comfortable office spaces. All our therapists offer flexible session times, including evening and weekend appointments to make it easier to book an appointment at a time that suits you.
