Belfast City Centre Management (BCCM) delivers projects which complement and add value to the work of its funders. BCCM is a public private partnership company funded jointly by Belfast Chamber of Trade and Commerce, Belfast City Council and the Department for Communities. BCCM was established as a not for profit company to act as an enabler, facilitator and co-ordinator of projects and services which are delivered through partnership engagement across the city centre. BCCM's key objective is to ensure Belfast city centre is a safe shared neutral space for the benefit of all. Belfast City Centre Management delivers demand-led services and projects into Belfast city centre, on behalf of its funders, which contribute in a measurable way to a cleaner, safer and economically vibrant city.
