David Barrett, who now runs the company, is the third generation of Butchers in the Barrett family. They serve pubs, farm shops, butchers, café’s and more. They have a wealth of knowledge in all sectors of the meat industry for over 50 years. They produce hand linked sausage with natural skins for the traditional look, but also do a machine linked product in retail packs or bulk packs for caterers to give a consistent size and number.
