We do our best to serve only sustainably sourced fish where available and are making every effort to move away from plastic packaging towards biodegradable materials. All of our potatoes are locally grown, hand cut, and are cooked in the highest quality sustainably-sourced oils. All of our chefs are fully trained under the National Federation of Fish Fryers to ensure top quality Fish and Chips. The Athena B has been serving traditional Fish & Chips for over 40 years. Mary, the owner, was given the keys to the shop in 1996 by a close family friend.
