Association of Chinese Medicine Practitioners (ACMP) is an important Chinese Medicine professional organization body in the UK, established since November 2002. ACMP has actively participated in Chinese Medicine regulation and has aimed to keep Chinese Medicine as an independent profession. ACMP, along with three other Chinese Medicine associations, established the Chinese Medicine Council (CMC) on June 8, 2004. ACMP currently has around 200 members. Dr Ming Hua Jia has been the chairman since its establishment.
