ASSOCIATION OF BRITISH RIDING SCHOOLS

The Association of British Riding Schools (ABRS+) promotes participation in healthy recreation in horse riding through education and advice to riding schools and livery yards in the UK. They support professional riding schools and livery yard proprietors. ABRS+ also acts to promote the participation for all in the UK, whilst supporting professional riding school and livery yard proprietors. The ABRS+ offers an Equestrian Coaching Certificate pathway endorsed by UK Coaching and provided by 1st4Sport. Being an ABRS+ approved riding school offers the highest standards of instruction and care for equines, and membership in the EEA and professional development. They also offer ABRS+ Certified or Approved Livery Yards. The ABRS Care Awards are designed for riders who wish to help out with lessons at their riding school.
